First week and Final week ‘s winners bonus will be issued every Monday before noon.
Winning Bonus has 1x turnover requirement on any games before withdrawal can be made.
For prize winners, our customer service will contact you to collect valid delivery details.
We will make reasonable efforts to contact the gifted winner within fourteen (14) days, but if a winner fails to respond to our notification attempts within this time, fails to meet any eligibility requirements, or is unable to comply with the Promotion Terms and Conditions, we will disqualify that winner.
